Description
The Metro C539-HLDC-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. With fixed wire slides on 3" centers, this cabinet accommodates either 17 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 32 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2 1/2". Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates at 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
