The Metro C539-HLDC-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the adjustable thermostat reaches up to 200°F for precise temperature control. With lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, it accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for high-volume settings. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any commercial kitchen environment.
