Description
The Metro C539-HLDC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and lower wattage operation. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. Designed for versatility, it accommodates up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides spaced 1 1/2" apart. The cabinet is supported by durable 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Constructed from aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. The unit is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and performance.
