Description
The Metro C539-HLDC-S is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The cabinet includes four adjustable wire shelves, allowing for flexible storage options. A removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control. With a lower wattage of 1440 watts and a current draw of 12 amps, it operates efficiently on a standard 120v/60/1 ph power supply. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
