Description
The Metro C539-HLDS-4-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation, making it energy-efficient while maintaining optimal food temperatures. The Blue Insulation Armour™ enhances insulation, ensuring consistent heat retention. Equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors, this cabinet provides easy access while minimizing heat loss. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat capable of reaching temperatures up to 200°F. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, offering versatile storage options. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability when stationary. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
