Description
The Metro C539-HLDS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food storage and service. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy efficiency and is equipped with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention. The durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors provide easy access while maintaining optimal temperature. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. It offers fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, making it versatile for various food items. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
