Description
The Metro C539-HLDS-L-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage operation, making it energy-efficient while maintaining optimal food temperatures. Equipped with Blue Insulation Armour™, it ensures superior heat retention. The cabinet includes Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides spaced at 1 1/2" centers. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
