Description
The Metro C539-HLFC-4-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention while operating at a lower wattage. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, and the removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, it ensures precise temperature control for optimal food holding. The cabinet includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
