Description
The Metro C539-HLFC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention while operating at a lower wattage. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents, and the removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance. Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, this cabinet ensures optimal food holding temperatures. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy access. The unit is supported by durable 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during transport. Constructed from aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
