Description
The Metro C539-HLFC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. Constructed with Grey Insulation Armour™, it ensures superior heat retention. The clear polycarbonate door provides visibility for easy monitoring of contents. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for straightforward adjustments. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, ensuring food is held at the perfect temperature. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. The cabinet is made from durable aluminum and operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
