The Metro C539-HLFS-4-BU is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention, ensuring your food stays at the ideal temperature. It operates at a lower wattage while delivering reliable performance, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module for easy access and maintenance. It is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, allow for easy mobility. With a power requirement of 120v/60/1 ph, 1440 watts, and 12 amps, this cabinet is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
