Description
The Metro C539-HLFS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. Constructed with Grey Insulation Armour™, it ensures superior heat retention. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the adjustable thermostat reaches temperatures up to 200°F. With fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The cabinet is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during transport. Made from durable aluminum, it operates on a 120v/60/1 phase power supply, consuming 1440 watts and 12 amps. The unit is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
