Description
The Metro C539-HLFS-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at optimal temperatures. It operates with a lower wattage of 1440 watts and is powered by a 120v/60/1 ph electrical supply, drawing 12 amps. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. It is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
