Description
The Metro C539-HLFS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and lower wattage operation. It includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature management. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet is equipped with lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, provide mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets UL, CUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
