Description
The Metro C539-MDC-4 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat offers precise temperature control up to 200°F and moisture management for ideal proofing conditions. With fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The unit is mobile, featuring 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, this cabinet is a reliable choice for maintaining food quality in any commercial kitchen setting.
