Description
The Metro C539-MDC-L-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features C5™ 3 Series technology with Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility and access. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, allowing for precise temperature management and moisture control. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with lip load slides positioned on 1 1/2" centers for easy organization. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
