Description
The Metro C539-MDC-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch clear polycarbonate doors for easy visibility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat offers precise temperature control up to 200°F and moisture management for ideal proofing conditions. With universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit various needs. Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
