Description
The Metro C539-MDS-4-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency and is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat offers precise temperature control up to 200°F and moisture management for ideal proofing conditions. With a capacity to hold either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, this cabinet is versatile for various food items. Fixed wire slides on 3" centers ensure stable support for your pans. The unit is mobile, featuring 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, this cabinet meets high standards for safety and performance.
