Description
The Metro C539-MDS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, while the thermostat offers precise temperature control up to 200°F and moisture management for ideal proofing conditions. With fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers, this cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The unit is mounted on 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Constructed from aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 phase with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The Metro C539-MDS-4-GY is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
