Description
The Metro C539-MDS-4 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control. It is equipped with Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and durability. The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, along with moisture control to maintain ideal conditions for proofing and holding. It offers fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating either (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial settings.
