Description
The Metro C539-MDS-L-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal moisture retention and temperature control. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for enhanced insulation and energy efficiency. It is equipped with durable Dutch insulated aluminum doors for easy access and visibility. The removable bottom mount control module allows for convenient adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F and moisture control settings to maintain ideal conditions for your food. It accommodates up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans on lip load slides spaced 1 1/2" apart, ensuring ample storage capacity. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
