Description
The Metro C539-MFC-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features the innovative C5™ 3 Series Moisture Heated technology, ensuring consistent temperature and humidity control. The Red Insulation Armour™ enhances energy efficiency while maintaining the desired environment. Equipped with a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility, the cabinet allows for quick monitoring of contents. The removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature management. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. Mobility is enhanced by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial settings.
