Description
The Metro C539-MFC-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance in food service environments. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and energy efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F and adjustable moisture settings to ensure ideal proofing conditions. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial settings.
