Description
The Metro C539-MFS-4-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise heating options. Equipped with moisture control, this cabinet maintains the ideal environment for proofing dough and holding hot foods. It includes fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, and the 5" casters, with two featuring brakes, facilitate easy mobility. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
