Description
The Metro C539-MFS-4-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. The moisture control feature ensures ideal humidity levels for proofing dough. With fixed wire slides positioned on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The unit is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for easy mobility and stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The cabinet is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
