Description
The Metro C539-MFS-L-GY is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal performance and versatility. This full-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior insulation, ensuring consistent temperature and moisture control. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet utilizes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The unit is equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes, providing mobility and stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, it operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. The cabinet meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
