Description
The Metro C539-MFS-L is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control up to 200°F. The moisture control system maintains ideal humidity levels, enhancing food quality. With a capacity for (35) 18" x 26" pans, the cabinet includes lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers for easy access and organization. The removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance and adjustments. Equipped with 5" casters, including 2 with brakes, this cabinet is easy to maneuver and secure in place. Constructed from durable aluminum, the unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
