Description
The Metro C539-MFS-U-B is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F, complemented by moisture control for ideal proofing conditions. Equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit various needs. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 phase power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
