Description
The Metro C539-MFS-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperature control up to 200°F. The moisture control system maintains ideal humidity levels, enhancing food quality. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers user-friendly operation. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 18 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 34 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, provide easy mobility. With a power rating of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, this cabinet operates on a 120v/60/1 ph electrical system and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards. Ideal for commercial kitchens, the Metro C539-MFS-U combines functionality and efficiency for all your food holding and proofing needs.
