Description
The Metro C543-ASFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. Featuring the C5™ 4 Series with Insulation Armour™ Plus, this under-counter unit ensures optimal heat retention. The insulated solid door and top mount controls allow for easy access and precise temperature management, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. It accommodates (5) 18" x 26" or (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, utilizing universal wire slides on 3" centers that are adjustable in 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. The cabinet is equipped with 2" casters for mobility, making it easy to reposition as needed. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it operates at 120V/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. The unit is certified cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and energy efficiency.
