Description
The Metro C545-ASFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This half-height unit features Insulation Armour™ Plus for superior heat retention, ensuring your dishes stay warm and ready to serve. The insulated solid door enhances energy efficiency while the top mount controls allow for easy temperature adjustments up to 200°F. Equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1-1/2" increments to suit various pan sizes. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, making it easy to transport within your kitchen or dining area. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet operates at 120V/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF, and meets ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
