Description
The Metro C548-ASFS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This C5™ 4 Series model features Insulation Armour™ Plus for superior heat retention. It stands at a 5/6 height and is equipped with an insulated solid door for enhanced temperature control. The top mount controls allow for easy adjustments, with a thermostat capable of reaching up to 200°F. This cabinet accommodates up to (29) 18" x 26" pans, utilizing lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers for efficient organization. Mobility is ensured with 5" casters, making it easy to transport. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it operates on 120V/60/1 power, consuming 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. The unit is certified cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and energy efficiency.
