Description
The Metro C548-ASFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This C5™ 4 Series model features Insulation Armour™ Plus for superior heat retention. It stands at a 5/6 height and is equipped with an insulated solid door to maintain temperature integrity. The top mount controls allow for easy operation, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. This cabinet offers versatile storage options with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (14) 18" x 26" pans or (28) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, making it easy to transport. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it operates on 120V/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. The unit is certified cULus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and energy efficiency.
