The Metro C549-ASDC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This full-height cabinet features Insulation Armour™ Plus for superior heat retention, ensuring your dishes remain at the perfect temperature. The insulated clear Dutch doors provide visibility while maintaining heat, and the top mount controls allow for easy temperature adjustments up to 200°F. Equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to (16) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with adjustable shelving in 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. The durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters provide mobility for easy transport. Operating at 120V/60/1 with 1400 watts and 11.7 amps, this cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
