The Metro C549-ASDS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Insulation Armour™ Plus for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes stay warm and ready to serve. It is equipped with insulated Dutch solid doors that provide easy access while maintaining temperature. Top-mounted controls allow for straightforward operation, with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F for precise temperature management. The cabinet includes lip load slides on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to (32) 18" x 26" pans for versatile storage options. Built with durable stainless steel, the Metro C549-ASDS-L is both robust and easy to clean. It rolls smoothly on 5" casters, making it easy to transport between locations. Operating at 120V/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 11.7 amps, it is compliant with NEMA 5-15P standards and certified by cULus and NSF.
