Description
The Metro C549-ASFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features Insulation Armour™ Plus for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your dishes stay warm and ready to serve. The insulated solid door enhances heat retention, while the top mount controls allow for easy temperature adjustments up to 200°F. Equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to (17) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1-1/2" increments to suit your needs. Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, making it easy to transport the cabinet wherever required. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the Metro C549-ASFS-U operates on 120v/60/1 with a power output of 1400 watts and 11.7 amps. It is certified by cULus and NSF, and meets ENERGY STAR® standards, ensuring energy efficiency without compromising performance.
