Description
The Metro C563L-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This undercounter model features a solid door and top mount controls, ensuring easy access and operation. The insulated construction and ducted heating system maintain consistent temperatures ranging from 70°F to 200°F, ideal for keeping food at optimal serving temperatures. Equipped with an analog thermometer for precise monitoring, the cabinet includes five universal wire slides that accommodate either (5) 18" x 26" or (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing flexible storage options. The adjustable wire slides can be set at 1-1/2" increments to suit various needs. Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, allowing for easy movement within your kitchen or service area. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a busy food service environment. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, it features a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
