Description
The Metro C565-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This half-height cabinet features solid insulated doors and top-mounted controls for easy access and operation. The ducted heating system ensures even temperature distribution, adjustable from 70°F to 200°F, allowing for precise control over food holding conditions. It accommodates a variety of pan sizes with universal wire slides, capable of holding either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" pans with a depth of 2-1/2". The adjustable wire slides provide flexibility for different food items. Built with durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet is both robust and easy to clean. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability when stationary. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it features a NEMA 5-20P plug. The cabinet is cULus and NSF certified, and it meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency, making it an excellent choice for commercial kitchens looking to maintain food quality while minimizing energy consumption.
