Description
The Metro C565L-SFC-UPFC is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru unit features insulated, tempered double-pane glass doors for visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures. With a capacity for (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, the cabinet includes universal wire slides that are adjustable by 1-1/2" to accommodate various food items. The sturdy construction of 304 stainless steel ensures durability, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, provide easy mobility and stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, this unit is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
