Description
The Metro C565L-SFC-UPFS is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, keeping food at optimal serving temperatures. The cabinet includes universal wire slides that accommodate either eight 18" x 26" pans or sixteen 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. It is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
