Description
The Metro C565L-SFS-LPFC is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features one solid door and one double-pane tempered glass door, allowing for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top-mounted controls and an analog thermometer, it offers precise temperature management with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 17 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it includes 5" casters for mobility, with two casters featuring brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph, it delivers 1440 watts and 12 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation.
