Description
The Metro C565L-SFS-UPFS is a mobile, half-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features solid insulated doors and top-mounted controls for easy access and operation. The advanced ducted heating system maintains temperatures from 70°F to 200°F, ensuring optimal food holding conditions. It includes eight universal wire slides that accommodate either (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, with 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for versatile storage options. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps, this unit is cULus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
