Description
The Metro C567-SFS-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. This 3/4 height unit features solid insulated doors and top-mounted controls for easy access. The analog thermometer provides accurate temperature readings, while the ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution. With a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F, it accommodates a variety of food items. The cabinet has a lip load capacity for (27) 18" x 26" pans and includes 1-1/2" wire slides for efficient organization. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this cabinet is made from durable 304 stainless steel. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
