Description
The Metro C567L-SFC-L is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height unit features insulated double pane tempered glass doors for visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet's lip load capacity accommodates up to 27 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet operates at 120V/60/1-ph with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, it meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
