Description
The Metro C567L-SFS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This 3/4 height cabinet features solid insulated doors and top-mounted controls for easy access and operation. The ducted heating system ensures even temperature distribution, adjustable from 70°F to 200°F, allowing for precise control over food holding conditions. With a capacity for 13 universal wire slides measuring 18" x 26" or 26 slides of 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", this cabinet accommodates a variety of pan sizes. The adjustable wire slides provide flexibility for different food items. Equipped with 5" casters, including two with brakes, it offers mobility and stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1440 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
