Description
The Metro C569-SDS-LPDS is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features solid Dutch doors for easy access from both sides. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet's capacity accommodates up to 34 standard 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" wire slides. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it is both sturdy and easy to clean. The unit rolls smoothly on 5" casters, with two featuring brakes for stability. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph, it delivers 2000 watts and 16 amps, and is certified by cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation.
