Description
The Metro C569-SDS-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features solid Dutch doors and a top-mounted control panel with an analog thermometer for easy temperature monitoring. Its ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, with a thermostat range of 70°F to 200°F. Capable of accommodating a variety of pan sizes, it supports either (17) 18" x 26" or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, making it versatile for different food storage needs. The adjustable wire slides allow for customizable shelving configurations, while the 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes, provide mobility and stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps, it is compliant with NEMA 5-20P standards and certified by cULus and NSF. Additionally, it meets ENERGY STAR® efficiency guidelines, making it an eco-friendly choice for food service operations.
