Description
The Metro C569-SFC-LPFC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features insulated double-pane tempered glass doors for optimal visibility and heat retention. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management ranging from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the cabinet can accommodate up to 35 standard 18" x 26" pans with 1-1/2" wire slides. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this cabinet operates on 120V/60/1-ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16 amps. Certified by cULus and NSF, it meets high standards for safety and performance.
