Description
The Metro C569-SFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and convenience. This full-height cabinet features insulated, tempered double-pane glass doors for enhanced visibility and energy efficiency. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management within a range of 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the universal wire capacity accommodates either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans. Adjustable wire slides at 1-1/2" increments provide flexibility for various food items. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and is mobile, featuring 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
