Description
The Metro C569-SFC-UPFC is a mobile, full-height heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This pass-thru model features insulated, tempered double-pane glass doors for optimal visibility and heat retention. Equipped with top mount controls and an analog thermometer, it allows for precise temperature management ranging from 70°F to 200°F. The ducted heating system ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. With a versatile capacity, it accommodates either (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, supported by 1-1/2" adjustable wire slides for customizable storage. The cabinet is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
